Saeko Machida is a high school girl who has a crush on a boy named Yuichi Kimijima. She tries to win his affections but fails. One day, she meets a strange man at a flea-market who gives her a red liquid that will make her wish come true if she splashes it on Yuichi. But once she does, instead of making him love her, it causes him to shrink about three inches in height.
