Six years after a car crash claimed her parents' lives and left no evidence, Jesse is still seeking closure. When she and a group of filmmakers break into an abandoned mental institution, she experiences deja-vu. The asylum seems linked to her missing parents. They discover a sinister doctor in the basement, using extreme science to resurrect his wife. The basement is filled with remains of his failed experiments, which begin coming to life due to a leaking substance.
