Thirteen-year-old Jesse, who despises his teacher Mrs. Fink, stumbles upon a doll that resembles her in a vintage clothing shop and persuades the shopkeeper to sell it. When Jesse accidentally pierces the doll’s arm with a needle, he is shocked to see Mrs. Fink with her arm in a sling the next day. Jesse gets even more spooked when a spot on the doll’s face appears in the exact place where Mrs. Fink has a mole.
