Sadie Elizabeth Sink (born April 16, 2002) is an American actress. She is best known for portraying Max Mayfield in the Netflix science fiction horror series Stranger Things (2017–2025). Sink began her acting career in theater at a young age, appearing in the Broadway revival of Annie (2012–2014) and the Broadway production of The Audience (2015). She later returned to Broadway to star in John Proctor Is the Villain (2025), for which she received a Tony Award nomination, and made her West End debut in Robert Icke's production of Romeo and Juliet in 2026. In film, Sink starred in the Netflix horror films Fear Street Part Two: 1978 (2021) and Fear Street Part Three: 1666 (2021), Taylor Swift's All Too Well: The Short Film (2021), Darren Aronofsky's psychological drama The Whale (2022), and the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film Spider-Man: Brand New Day (2026).
