A family named Kelly lives in a town called Oakmoor Crossing, where they're visited by a stranger named Vivian Machen. Vivian reveals that one of the Kellys' ancestors hanged a warlock named Walter Machen, who created a pumpkin head scarecrow called Jack-O to take revenge on the Kellys. Jack-O was buried, but was raised again by some teenagers, seeking revenge on the Kellys.
