Martin Bristol, once a kidnapped boy, returns to his former home after over a decade, but he's no longer the same. Tortured by his captor, he now prowls the suburbs as a remorseless killer. Special Agent William Perkins hunts him down as Martin's family learns he's alive and responsible for a local murder spree. Can they reunite with their son in time, or will Perkins resort to force to stop him?
