Thevan, a novice singer from a caste of folk singers, escapes from slavers and becomes lost. He stumbles upon an eerie household in a forest with a seemingly benevolent master and servant. However, the master is revealed to be a malevolent goblin named Chaathan in disguise. The goblin ensnares anyone who enters the house as lifelong servants. The story explores whether Thevan and the current first servant can break free from the goblin's control.
