A rural house set for demolition reveals four unmarked graves linked to Lilith, a witch burned centuries ago. A professor and her students investigate, but locals are uncooperative. As people start dying, it appears Lilith is seeking revenge. The students transform into members of the Blood Coven, wreaking havoc on the town that betrayed and killed her.
