A serial killer wearing a Ronald Reagan mask is targeting troubled students at a correctional high school for girls. New teacher Janet is plagued by violent visions of being buried alive, and struggles to convince the school's administration that the missing girls haven't simply run away. As Janet's hallucinations intensify, she begins to suspect that she might be connected to the disappearances.
