Facing the loss of his badge, a big city detective helps a small town sheriff with a missing persons case, only to find that a girl has vanished from this sleepy fishing town every year for the past twenty years. As bodies surface and suspects emerge, they realize they’re being toyed with. The killer now targets a group of sorority girls isolated by the lake, who have their own sinister plans. Outnumbered and desperate, the two lawmen must solve the mystery or face a deadly fate.
