An ancient school was built over one of the Gates of Hell, where hordes of demons wait to be unleashed on Earth. Hiruko, a goblin sent on a reconnaissance mission, begins murdering students and attaching their severed heads to spider-like demon bodies. As the gruesome killings spread, archaeology professor Hieda and troubled student Masao investigate the terrifying mystery behind the school.
