Two years after a teen is murdered in the same gruesome manner as a victim in a horror film, a small Canadian town prepares for another horror movie festival despite fears history will repeat itself. As the line between fiction and reality begins to blur, a new series of killings mirrors the films on screen, forcing the townspeople to confront a killer determined to turn cinematic nightmares into real-life terror.
