After a plane crash during a school trip, Mutsumi Oribe and her classmates are stranded on a remote island. Drawing on her wilderness survival skills, Mutsumi believes they only need to endure a few days until rescue arrives. But the island is infested with gigantic, deadly insects, turning survival into a nightmare. As her knowledge of butterflies, wasps, and other insects becomes their only advantage, Mutsumi must fight to keep her classmates alive against the island's relentless predators.
