Jill, an artist, and Ian, a filmmaker, share a love of pushing boundaries. While exploring an abandoned hospital for their next art project, Ian straps Jill to a gurney as part of their twisted game. When he leaves her alone, Jill awakens something sinister lurking inside the hospital, and it soon hungers for more than just flesh.
