Yasutaka Tsutsui (筒井 康隆, Tsutsui Yasutaka, born September 24, 1934 in Osaka) is a Japanese novelist, science fiction author, and actor. His Yumenokizaka bunkiten won the Tanizaki Prize in 1987.
