He is the co-creator of the Adult Swim animated series Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Squidbillies, and Your Pretty Face Is Going to Hell. Willis also voices the main characters Meatwad and Carl Brutananadilewski, along with other characters in Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
