Robert Jason Costanzo (born October 20, 1942) is an American film, television and voice actor. A character actor with an acting career spanning over 40 years, he is often found playing surly New York City types on both sides of the law, and mixes both drama and comedy roles. As a voice actor, he is perhaps best known as the voice of Harvey Bullock in the DC Animated Universe, and often serves as a voice double for Danny DeVito, most notably as Philoctetes in the 1998 Hercules animated series and the Kingdom Hearts video game series.
