Ben Mears, a writer who spent part of his childhood in Jerusalem’s Lot, returns after 25 years to write about the abandoned Marsten House, where he had a traumatic experience. He soon discovers an ancient evil is turning the town’s residents into vampires and vows to stop the undead plague.
