Héctor and his wife Clara live in a countryside home that they are renovating. After seeing a woman in the nearby forest through his binoculars, Héctor decides to investigate. But a series of strange events lead him to take refuge in a mechanical device that takes him back one hour in time. Trying to fix things, Héctor gets involved in a bizarre loop of unforeseeable consequences.
