A dying Amanda tells her son, John, to destroy her latest lab notes and reveals he has a brother. At her funeral, John meets a fan named Melissa and discovers his monstrous, tentacled baby brother in Amanda's house. Now, John and his friends must protect his mother's revolutionary creation from a mad scientist who wants it for himself.
