Wilfred Butler’s abandoned mansion, left to his grandson Jeffrey after his 1987 suicide, has stalled local development for decades. Just before Christmas 2012, Jeffrey returns to town to sell the property. However, an axe-wielding maniac lurking in the house has deadly plans for any intruders.
