In a modern-day Spanish village, vampires terrorize the locals. Dr. Dora Maeterlick is called to a nearby castle, where she hopes to cure the strange ailment afflicting Baron Carl von Rysselbert's father. During her stay, Erika, the doctor's assistant, falls for Carl, only to discover he's a vampire who turns her into his bride. Dr. Maeterlick is thrust into a chilling world of darkness and horrors from that moment on.
