A Yakuza hitman betrays his employers and escapes with stolen diamonds from a heist. Injured and pursued by Japanese assassins, he finds sanctuary in the home of a Spanish doctor and his two daughters. They nurse him back to health while concealing him from his pursuers. However, their intentions for their unexpected guest take a dark and deadly turn as they harbor their own sinister plans.
