Mad scientist Dr. Kurt Leopold has concocted a formula capable of turning humans into catfish-like giants. Ridiculed by the medical community, he takes revenge by injecting himself with the serum and murdering two former colleagues. Determined to find a partner, he kidnaps scientist Martha Walsh with the intention of transforming her as well.
