Bob Crane has always felt a psychic bond with his twin sister, Jessica, a fashion model in Milan. When Bob senses danger looming over Jessica, he rushes to Italy to find her, only to discover she's disappeared. Teaming up with Commissioner Danesi, who's on the brink of retirement, Bob delves into a sinister mystery. A scissor-wielding killer emerges, and all signs point to Jessica.
