The sheriff and his deputies from the first movie decide to take a vacation in the Caribbean. However, their holiday is cut short when the thawed murderer is accidentally re-frozen and revived. To make matters worse, he now has the ability to stay frozen even in tropical temperatures, and he's heading south to settle some old scores.
