Chain Reaction

A prison bus carrying over a dozen criminals crashes into a car, injuring Dr. Douglas Madsen. Most prisoners die, but four survive, one severely injured. After killing the guards, they flee into the woods, taking Madsen hostage. They find a huge house in the woods, and the group's leader, Arthur, threatens to kill Madsen and the "family" inside if his wounded brother dies. As some family members exhibit strange behavior, chaos quickly ensues.
