James Bishop, a young psychology resident, is thrilled about his new job at St. Andrews Mental Hospital. However, his excitement quickly turns to puzzlement, concern, and eventually terror as patients mysteriously die. As James investigates, he notices increasingly strange behavior from the St. Andrews staff. The mystery begins to unravel when James finally encounters the Harvester.
