Corn grain contaminated with steroids produces giant rats that begin attacking Toronto residents. Paul, a college basketball coach, teams up with Kelly, a local health inspector, to uncover the source of the attacks. As they race to find the rats’ nest and stop the opening of a new subway line, they must act quickly to prevent a city-wide massacre.
