Lucjan, a retired and prestigious actor about to turn 80, is admitted to a nursing home by his son. The stay is meant to be temporary while his house is renovated for the baby soon to be born. The countryside residence seems idyllic, with friendly staff and cheerful residents, though they all hide a secret. Lucjan starts having terrible visions in his dreams, coinciding with the deaths of several fellow residents. He must determine if these visions are real or if he is losing his mind.
