A young intern moves to Berlin and starts working with Professor Müller-LaRousse, a surgeon researching bionic muscle implants to create the perfect athlete. When some students show reluctance towards the experimental methods, Müller-LaRousse begins punishing them before they can report the society to Paula Henning, who is investigating it for the police.
