During the 1960s, young Gregory Tudor witnesses the murder of his local ice cream man, “The Ice Cream King,” in a drive-by shooting. In the present, Gregory takes over the business, calling himself “The Ice Cream Prince,” and uses the man’s truck and parlor. Unbeknownst to the public, Gregory turns the dilapidated parlor into a laboratory, creating concoctions filled with insects and dismembered human parts.
