While stationed in Asia, six American G.I.s witness a secret ritual of Lamians, worshipers of women who can transform into serpents. The High Priest vows revenge, declaring that the Cobra Goddess will avenge herself. Back in the United States, a mysterious woman enters their lives, and one by one, they begin to die. Each death is preceded by the ominous shadow of a cobra.
