Helen Mallory, a young woman traumatized into silence after witnessing her family’s tragic death in a fire, visits her elderly grandmother’s home. There, she meets her uncle, a respected psychiatrist, and faces a nightmare involving his brash brother, a pretentious Southern belle, and other mysterious figures, as danger looms over everyone in the house.
