When Jerry returns from Iraq, he is haunted by horrors he can’t escape. Living in poverty, his children fear him, and his wife, Nora, is unsympathetic and unhappy. When he discovers Nora’s betrayal, his anger drives him to commit an unspeakable act, far worse than anything he faced in combat.
