A group of survivors is rescued by the mysterious prophet, Short Bus Gus, who can control the beasts terrorizing the land. He leads them through the sewers toward the city, where they gain the aid of karate expert Jean-Claude Seagal. Along the way, they discover that the beasts come from a place called The Hive. With this new knowledge, they prepare to fight back and destroy the beasts once and for all.
