The Hunchback of Notre Dame

In 1482 Paris, Chief Justice Frollo becomes infatuated with Esmeralda, a young Romani girl, and views her allure as a curse. He involves his hunchbacked protege, Quasimodo, the bell-ringer of Notre Dame, in a twisted scheme to rid himself of her “spell,” which he believes is the work of the devil.
