Dennis Skinner, a seemingly likable young man, hides a dark secret as a serial killer preying on sex workers and co-workers he despises. Haunted by a troubled childhood, he “punishes” his victims by flaying them alive. Meanwhile, Heidi, a junkie prostitute who survived one of his brutal attacks, is determined to take revenge.
