Newspaper correspondent Kyoko Togakure discovers a resident’s apparent suicide at a Tokyo nursing home. The man clutches a note reading “Death Water,” with blood-stained scissors nearby and his eyes brutally crushed. Unaware, she is about to enter a terrifying nightmare.
