In the future, a meteor brings a deadly virus known as M34 to Earth, turning humans into vicious monsters and wiping out most of the population. Government agencies form to fight the infection, including NOA, which equips its soldiers with nanomachines that let them transform and battle the infected. But as the virus mutates beyond their control, the fate of the world rests on a 16-year-old girl with the power to defeat it.
