Catherine Rabett, sometimes credited as Katie Rabett, is a British actress. She played Cecily "Cissy" Meldrum in the BBC sitcom You Rang, M'Lord? (1988–1993). She was a member of the Second Generation dance group, and later Hot Gossip, Arlene Phillips's dance group, which regularly performed on The Kenny Everett Video Show.
