The Romanian count Dracula is summoned to London by Arthur Holmwood, a young Lord who is planning his wedding. Unknown to Arthur's future bride, Lucy, he is infected with syphilis. But Arthur hopes that he'll be cured by the enigmatic count, as he has a reputation for extraordinary abilities. But Dracula's powers have sinister origins: The Count is a vampire. Soon Arthur realizes his mistake as the Count starts infecting others with his ancient curse.
