Recovering addicts Maxx and Lisa are lured into a clan of sex and violence obsessed vampires led by the charismatic Darius. To join, they must give up their humanity and embrace immortality. But as their drug habit turns into a craving for human blood, each fix drags them deeper into depravity. Can they break free, or are they doomed to an eternity of thirst?
