Vienna, 1932. Sigmund Freud unwittingly counsels a vampire Count grappling with an ancient secret. The Count seeks a solution for his vain wife's mirror aversion. Freud introduces the vampire to Viktor, a painter whose portraits surpass reflections. Tensions escalate as the Count's fascination with Viktor's girlfriend, Lucy, complicates their eternal lives.
