Nerdy high school student Michael, desperate for revenge against a group of gangsters, delves into black magic to summon a demon of vengeance named Killjoy. Initially, the ritual appears to fail. However, after the gangsters murder Michael, the demonic clown Killjoy emerges, driven by a malevolent force to hunt down and exact retribution on those responsible for its summoner's death.
