When high-class escort Nicole is kidnapped from her brothel, wealthy businessman Hugo Motherskille hires her former lover, Roy Bain, to find her. During his investigation, Roy uncovers clues leading to Dr. Savary, who has created a mysterious white powder coveted by a race of deformed humans living in the sewers beneath the city.
