Rupert King is a real estate tycoon worth billions. He purchases a small island off the coast of New York City where anonymous paupers and criminals have been buried since the late 19th century. King has plans to develop the island. But when he visits the new property with some of his employees, they suffer attacks from a swarm of deadly flies. To make matters worse, the killer insects have been sent by the dead whose graves the billionaire has desecrated.
