Abused and broke, Sarah gets a fresh start by moving into a new apartment. Initially, it seems perfect, and she even makes friends, including Sid. But when tenants start disappearing, Sarah and Sid discover an evil force bent on taking over the building and the city. As they fight for survival, a vengeful ghost inhabits the tenants' bodies, turning them into bloodthirsty zombies.
