After her mother’s mysterious death, Abigail Arcane returns to the Florida swamps to confront her resurrected stepfather, Dr. Anton Arcane. Obsessed with staving off aging, he creates a monstrous army using swamp animal and human genes. When Dr. Arcane targets Abby for his experiments, she is rescued by Swamp Thing, a scientist-turned-bog creature.
