After vanishing over fifty years ago, the ancient Mask of Anhangá reappears at an archaeological dig in the Amazon. En route to a museum in Sao Paulo, the Mask begins possessing people, forcing them into gruesome sacrifices. As the body count rises, Officer Beatriz Obdias must track down the Mask and stop the killing spree.
